He planned on helping a veterinary practice “run some numbers” over the summer to delay his inevitable entry into the corporate world. That one summer stretched longer than he anticipated, and he’s been the Hospital Administrator at Tipp City Veterinary Hospital ever since. Outside of his role at TCVH and VeterinaryNameTags.com, Ben helps other businesses run more efficiently at Branchworth, helps companies in the veterinary industry communicate effectively using video at Veteos, and is part of the consulting teams at VetSuccess and at VetSupport. Ben is a graduate of Miami University (B.Phil.) and Wright State University (MBA). Ben became CVPM certified through the VHMA in 2013 and SPHR certified through HRCI in 2018. Ben resides in Tipp City, Ohio with his two doodles, Claire and Finn, and cat, Oscar. After adopting two Yorkies in 2003, she immediately realized their need for cozy apparel to keep them warm in the frigid Cleveland winters. In 2004, from this need, she created her luxury pet pampering boutique, D.O.G. Apparel. Her business grew and she was invited to open a second and larger boutique inside Cleveland’s premier boarding facility, Paws by the Lake Resort, owned by the Avon Lake Animal Clinic. After a few years, the Avon Lake Animal Clinic purchased her boutique and brought her on as their Practice Manager. She has since fallen in love with the industry. Outside of her role at ALAC and VeterinaryNameTags.com, Molly is part of the consulting team at VetSupport. Molly graduated from Bowling Green State University, earning a BSBA with a dual major in Marketing and Public & Institutional Administration. She became a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional in 2017 after seeing the challenges the industry faces. Her love for learning took her on the journey to earn the SHRM-CP, a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional designation, in 2018. She was a top 10 finalist for 2017 Practice Manager of the Year and also earned her CVPM in 2018.
